Rooms are located on the third and fourth floors of the building – one suite and 4 rooms on each floor. There are 20 steps to each floor; we do not have an elevator. Each room at the Inn is well-appointed with unique pieces of furniture, rugs, and colors. The third floor rooms are graced with 12 foot ceilings. When you reach the fourth floor, you are in the mansard roof, giving the rooms a cozy charm with dormer windows; ceilings are slightly lower measuring in at 10 feet. Each room has four windows, with the third floor suite having six. All rooms are set up with one bed, with the exception of the suites.

All rooms have one bed with the exception of the suites.

• The easiest way to reserve a room is HERE on the website.
• At the time of booking, a deposit of 25% of room cost plus tax (6% state and 3% hotel tax) is required.
• Pricing based on up to 2 persons in a room.
  Not all rooms permit more than double occupancy; for those rooms that permit more than 2 guests, an additional $30 per guest, per night is required.
• The suites can accommodate 3 to 4 people.
• King room 403 on the fourth floor may be arranged as two twin beds.

• Rooms are not equipped with phones, TVs, or refrigerators.
• There is a mini-fridge in the 3rd floor hall for all guests to use.

Cancellation Policy

• If we receive a cancellation within 10 days of the date of stay, you forfeit your 25% deposit.
  
• Deposits are refunded if cancellation is made with more than 10 days notice.

Checking Into Your Room

• Check-in is located on the first floor in the bar area; please see the bartender upon arrival
• Preferred check in Thursday through Sunday is between 3 pm and 6 pm
• The bartender is available until until 10:30 pm Thursday, Friday, Saturday to assist with check ins; Sunday until 8:30 pm.
• If your arrival is after 8:30 pm on Sunday or 10:30 pm Thurs – Sat, special arrangements must be made in advance to check into your room.
• Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday check ins require special arrangements to be made 24 hours prior to your stay by emailing info@deerheadinn.com.
• Check out is at 11 am.

Breakfast

• A Continental breakfast is served on Saturday and Sunday mornings only between 8 am and 10 am in the dining room.

Dinner & Music Reservations

• If you would like to join us for dinner & music, reservations must be made separately by calling 570-424-2000 or emailing info@deerheadinn.com to request a reservation.
• Music charges are paid separately at the door for all guests.
• Dinner service begins at 5:30 pm Thursday through Saturday, and a 4 on Sundays
